Title: Fierce Love (Barrinton Billionaire 1)
Author: Danielle Stewart
Publication Date: March 5, 2016

Telling James West he can’t do something is like telling lightning it can’t strike. The only thing that crosses his mind is “Challenge accepted.” Finally sitting at the helm of his families oil company, James is ready to concur the industry. The gorgeous, mysterious woman who keeps crossing his path looks like the perfect distraction from the stress of his new role. He’ll have to choose between having her in his corner at West Oil or taking her to his bed.

Libby Saint-Jane has been living a lie. One she intends to protect at any cost. When she finds herself in over her head and on the verge of failure, will her boss, James West, bail her out or kick her to the curb? He may not be the solution for all her troubles but might be the adventure she’s been waiting for.

my thoughts

I always look forward to Danielle’s new book. This one is a bit different but still very her. I liked that it’s sweet yet also fierce. The title of this novel defined her characters really well.

I love the journey of James and Libby’s love story. I like how their characters developed and how love changed them. I also like how their friends Matthew and Jessica played into the story. I can’t wait to find out if it will be their turn next.

Danielle did a great job with this first book. Her writing once again went up a notch. I’ll be looking forward to the next one. Highly recommended to those who love romance.
